IDEX Performance Pneumatics seeks a leader to grow the US Valve Data Center Cooling business. You will own the annual plan, drive growth, and align across IDEX teams to deliver complete customer solutions.

You will build the team, set priorities, and manage execution to meet commitments and scale the business. Responsibilities include leading the Global Commercial team, managing pricing and margins, and strengthening priority customer relationships while enabling cross‑business collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of international commercial, business development, product management, or general management experience in complex B2B.
• 5+ years leading and developing sales, commercial, or cross-functional teams.
• Experience owning an annual operating plan, forecast, pricing, and gross margin.
• Willingness to travel globally to customers, suppliers and partner businesses.

Responsabilités

• Develop and own the Annual Operating Plan for the Data Center Cooling business, including strategy, forecast, revenue, gross margin, pricing, and resource allocation.
• Lead growth across the US Valve portfolio and connected growth across IDEX.
• Lead the Global Commercial team and scale it, clarifying priorities and resources.
• Set priorities across customers, applications, and resources using market mapping and 80/20.
• Drive the NPD funnel and roadmap with Product Management and Engineering.
• Build relationships with IDEX leaders, product managers, and sales teams.
• Strengthen relationships with priority customers and capture voice of customer.
• Align people with priority opportunities and set clear actions and owners.
