Qualifications

• Knowledge of environmental public health programs and standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Skill in the use of personal computers andMicrosoft applications such as Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections, reinspections and investigations of environmental health programs.
• Maintain and update records in the Environmental Health Database (EHD) and MARS as appropriate.
• Investigate sanitary nuisance complaints and enforce corrective actions.
• Prepare technical reports and input data into EHD and HMS/DAR systems.
• Track inspection progress and generate quota reports from EHD.
