Job summary

Blew & Associates, P.A. is expanding its network of Field Professionals to support Phase I ESA and PCA work.

This is a subcontractor opportunity within the commercial real estate due diligence industry, offering flexible, project-based work with a respected national firm across the United States. As part of our Subconsultant Network, you will conduct onsite inspections and prepare professional reports in accordance with ASTM and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Phase I ESA and/or PCA assessments.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to complete full reports independently.
• Ability to travel to job sites to perform field inspections.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.
• Familiarity with ASTM ESA or PCA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite property inspections (“walk”) and prepare professional reports in accordance with ASTM and industry standards.
• Prepare full reports and write-ups independently as part of a subcontractor network.
• Collaborate with our full-time team on projects across the United States.
