Stantec is seeking a Staff Engineer/Geologist/Scientist for its Environmental Services Group in the Mountain Region. The role supports field and office tasks related to environmental site assessments, due diligence, and remediation projects, with data collection, subcontractor oversight, data interpretation, and deliverable preparation.

Formación

• BS in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Sciences or related Earth Sciences; 3–5 years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training preferred; willingness to obtain if not current.
• Majority of time spent in field and office work with potential long periods of outdoor activity.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate field activities and subcontractors, including labs and drillers.
• Conduct Phase I ESA site visits, groundwater sampling, and soil logging under supervision.
• Prepare technical documents for review by senior staff.
• Represent Stantec professionally with clients and stakeholders on field assignments.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures.
