Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety professional for our Michigan plant to focus on regulatory compliance and environmental reporting. The role is part of the site EHS team and reports to the Plant EHS Manager, supporting water/wastewater/stormwater, or waste/SPCC/chemical management compliance.

Responsibilities include developing compliant processes, mentoring line personnel, coordinating sampling and reporting, and ensuring timely submission to regulatory agencies

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of plant environmental experience.
• Bachelor of Science in a related technical field required.

• Compile and submit environmental reports to Federal, State and Local agencies.

Manage environmental issues, regulatory reports and permits as related with a focus on either water/wastewater/stormwater compliance or waste/SPCC/Chemical Management.

Position will be a member of the site EHS team, report into the Plant EHS Manager and support environmental compliance activities for a large, union manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities of this position include:

• Develop and maintain processes and systems to ensure compliance with permits and regulation.
• Coach and mentor line personnel in the execution of their environmental accountabilities.
• Compile and submit required environmental reports to Federal, State and Local Regulatory Agencies.
• Coordinates all Environmental sampling, reporting and follow-up;
• Preparation and submission of required reports and associated recordkeeping.
