Job Description:

We are currently seeking a well-qualified Environmental Engineer to join our team. You will work with growth-minded professionals dedicated to solving complex environmental challenges. Come and be part of our energetic team!

Job Duties:

1. Perform environmental field activities including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Phase II remediation activities, and indoor air quality assessments (mold, asbestos, lead-based paint).
2. Prepare and execute reports and other client correspondence.
3. Meet department revenue and profit goals.
4. Manage budgets and deliver projects on time.
5. Interface with clients and deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions.
6. Analyze projects and make cost-effective design recommendations while monitoring design approaches.
7. Serve in quality control capacity for the environmental group.
8. Market company services.
9. Support marketing, negotiate contracts, manage budgets, schedule coordination, and resource allocation.
10. Perform other duties to support the team as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Chemistry, or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience with due diligence projects (Phase I, II).
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and engineering programs.
5. Certifications such as Asbestos-Containing Materials (ACM) or Lead-based paint are a plus.
6. OSHA HAZWOPER certification is preferred.
7. Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) credentials are advantageous but not required.
