Job Opportunity

HETI has a great opportunity for a Senior Geologist/Senior Environmental Scientist/Senior Engineer with 10+ years of experience in the environmental field. This role involves providing technical and business expertise to develop advanced solutions across various sectors, including environmental, chemical, commercial, manufacturing, government, energy, financial, insurance, and legal. The position is 100% remote.

The candidate should have experience managing consulting assignments, work effectively in multidisciplinary teams, and be proficient in analysis, communication, and project management. Collaboration with colleagues and external agencies is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management & Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders, providing updates and collaborating with project teams.
• Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Coordinate with regulatory agencies, prepare reports, and stay updated on environmental regulations.
• Remediation Planning/Implementation: Develop and oversee remediation strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Site Assessments: Conduct investigations, collect samples, analyze data, and assess risks.
• Quality Control: Ensure data accuracy and compliance through audits and reviews.

Ideal Candidate

• Current PE or PG license
• Bachelor’s Degree in environmental science, geology, engineering, or related field
• 10+ years’ experience in site investigations and remediation
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
