Ramboll is seeking a Lead Consultant to join the Mergers & Acquisitions team in the Americas, with a hybrid-based role in our New York City or Princeton, NJ offices. You will conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and perform environmental compliance reviews for industrial facilities, supporting client transactions.

The role emphasizes collaboration, development of junior colleagues, and delivering high-quality project outputs.

Qualifications

• Minimum B.S. degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline.
• 7+ years performing Phase I ESAs and environmental compliance reviews.
• Ability to travel for short business trips (1-2 days).

Responsibilities

• Conduct Phase I ESAs and environmental compliance reviews for industrial facilities.
• Support post-transaction integration and client advisory services.
• Travel to facilities for site visits and manage multiple projects.
