• Assess environmental risks and requirements across all media; develop mitigation strategies for site delivery.
• Manage environmental compliance during construction: wetlands permits, protected species, cultural resource requirements, stormwater, wastewater, groundwater.
• Communicate environmental requirements and risks to internal and external partners.
• Coordinate with Construction, Design, Water, Legal, Real Estate, Power, and others to manage constraints.
• Develop environmentally responsible site development strategies meeting timelines.
• Lead regulatory agency interactions and negotiations.
• Develop, manage, and track metrics to evaluate program performance.
