EA is seeking an experienced Environmental Compliance Project Manager to join our Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) practice and support a major regional client with sites across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. You will lead environmental compliance programs, manage projects and client relationships, and mentor staff while advancing regulatory compliance and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• 5-10+ years of professional experience in environmental compliance and/or EHS.
• Strong knowledge of federal environmental regulations and regulatory requirements in WA, OR, and ID.
• Hands-on experience conducting environmental inspections, audits, and sampling activities.
• Experience developing SOPs, compliance programs, training materials, and guidance documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage environmental compliance projects from planning through execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring successful project delivery and exceptional client service.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and team resources.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for continued support.
• Mentor and develop junior staff and deliver training related to environmental compliance and EHS requirements.
• Support clients in achieving sustainability goals and develop environmental management programs.
