Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of workplace risk investigations.
• Experience building and managing a high-performing team.
• Experience collecting, analyzing data to drive process improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive regulatory compliance across sites in your region, aligning team priorities with compliance plans.
• Translate programs into regional execution, adapting them to sites.
• Manage resource allocation and input to annual operating plans.
• Operate controllership mechanisms to drive speed, quality, and accountability.
• Communicate compliance status and risks to senior leaders and partners.
• Partner with Legal, regulators, and consultants to resolve barriers and reduce manual effort.
• Track region against KPI and compliance metrics and report posture.
• Lead talent management lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, and development.
• Oversee work by third-party contractors and vendors with audits and governance.
• Exercise sound judgment in a regulatory environment to deliver compliance outcomes.
• Embed environmental compliance into day-to-day operations of sites.
• Travel up to 25-50%.
