Job summary

Langan is seeking an Environmental Practice Lead in Florida to grow our environmental compliance and EHS services. The role leads projects, mentors staff, and partners with the national team to expand client programs across air, water, and waste regulations.

The position requires a Bachelor's in environmental/chemical engineering or related field with 12+ years experience, PM experience, and potential certifications. Florida offices include Tampa, Orlando, Miami, and others.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in environmental field with regulations experience.
• Minimum of 5 years as a project manager in a consulting environment.
• Professional certification preferred (PE, CHMM, CSP, CIH).

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage environmental compliance projects from start to finish, including proposal development and deliverables.
• Develop regulatory strategy for industrial development projects.
• Lead and develop a team of environmental compliance staff.
• Coordinate with multiple offices and disciplines as needed.
• Support business development and client relationships in Florida and nationally.
