Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or 5+ years in regulatory, corporate consulting, finance, or transportation settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental due diligence assessments from RFP through Go Live to ensure compliance with Ryder environmental policies and regulations.
• Monitor and stay current with local, state, and federal environmental regulations affecting emissions, waste and hazmat management; implement controls to reduce risk.
• Provide day-to-day compliance support to warehouses and cross-docking facilities; conduct audits and coordinate responses to external environmental audits.
