Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Services Compliance Manager to support compliance with environmental policies across warehousing and cross-docking operations.

This role focuses on hazardous materials storage, regulatory adherence, and risk reduction, reporting to the Director of Environmental Services and collaborating with stakeholders. The position emphasizes training development, incident investigation, and audit coordination to ensure steady-state operations meet applicable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or five years of related experience.
• Experience with environmental regulations and compliance in transportation/logistics.
• Experience with audits and regulatory reporting.
• Background in hazardous materials handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform environmental due diligence for new supply chain opportunities through Go Live.
• Monitor local, state, and federal environmental regulations impacting warehousing and hazmat handling.
• Provide compliance support to facilities, conduct audits, and coordinate external audits.
• Develop environmental training and reporting tools for waste management and regulatory reporting.
