Qualifikationen

• Plan, schedule, and supervise environmental care staff and operations across assigned areas.
• Ensure consistent quality, safety, and compliance with hospital, state, and federal standards.
• Utilize quality assurance tools to achieve superior cleanliness and satisfaction scores.
• Support and train staff to improve HCAHPS and Press Ganey results.
• Coordinate closely with other Facilities and Safety departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage inventory, requisitions, and participate in departmental budgeting.
• Promote a culture of safety and professional growth among team members.
