Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking an Associate Chemist to prepare and analyze environmental samples following approved SOPs in a quality-focused lab. The position focuses on instrumental semi-volatile organics and GC/MS, requiring proficiency in English and strong data reporting skills.

The role is M-F, 2nd shift (3:00 pm–11:30 pm) with a 10% shift differential. A BS in Chemistry or related field is required; compensation includes comprehensive benefits beyond base pay.

Qualifications

• Professional working proficiency in English (read, write, speak).
• BS or BA in Chemistry or related field, or an Associate Degree with 2 years related lab experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples using standard techniques and perform chemical analysis.
• Record and report data and any unusual test occurrences to the supervisor.
• Maintain routine instrument operation and QC samples (MDL, LOD/LOQ, PT).
• Comply with Eurofins Environment health, safety and quality standards.
• Inventory and stock laboratory supplies; assist in other areas as needed.
