Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking an Associate Chemist for the 3rd shift to prepare and analyze environmental samples using standard analytical techniques. This role involves standing for long periods, handling organic solvents, lab glassware, and specialized equipment.

Ideal candidates have a chemistry degree or related lab experience, strong English proficiency, and the ability to work independently under supervision. The position offers full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires BS/BA in Chemistry or related field, or an Associate Degree; or 2 years of related lab experience in lieu of degree.
• Proficiency in English reading/writing/speaking is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze environmental samples using standard analytical techniques.
• Perform chemical analysis and data evaluation/quantification.
• Record/report data and communicate any unusual test occurrences to supervisor.
• Maintain and operate routine laboratory instruments and housekeeping duties.
