Top-Us is seeking an Entry Writer / Import Operations Coordinator in Atlanta, GA to manage import shipments from arrival to delivery. You will coordinate air and ocean imports, prepare shipment files, and handle ISF filings within a fast-paced freight forwarding environment.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in freight forwarding or import operations, with proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding or import operations.
• Experience with air import and/or ocean import operations.
• Knowledge of Customs Entry procedures, ISF, AMS, and import documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air and ocean import shipments from arrival through final delivery
• Prepare shipment files and process ISF filings
• Coordinate customs clearance with customs brokers
• Communicate with carriers, trucking companies, warehouses, and customers
• Complete billing and invoice processing in a timely manner
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding import shipments and customs-related matters
• Maintain shipment records and documentation
• Ensure all shipments are handled accurately and efficiently

Working Hour: 9-5pm (30min lunch break)
