Job summary

Trystum in the JFK area is seeking a Customs Entry Writer for full-time on-site work. You will prepare, audit, and file US customs entries for brokerage clients, manage high-volume e-commerce accounts, and ensure timely cargo release.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years current experience as an Entry Clerk at a licensed customs brokerage.
• Hands-on proficiency with NetCHB, Descartes, or equivalent systems
• Strong knowledge of HTS US classification and basic PGA regulations
• Advanced Excel skills (filtering, VLOOKUPs) and CSV data handling
• Proven experience with ABI transmissions and Entry Type 11
• High-speed, accurate data entry and ability to meet tight release deadlines
• E-commerce clearance experience preferred

About the Role
