Qualifications

• Proficient in basic computer software and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training covering policies, claims processes, and systems.
• Review, investigate, and document Workers' Compensation claims under supervision.
• Develop action plans for claim resolution and assess coverage and compensability.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and providers.
• Communicate claim status to all parties and maintain records in the system.
• Support returning injured workers to work and coordinate medical treatment when needed.
