Job summary

Law Offices of Bob Nehora in California is seeking an entry level Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join a structured training and growth program. No prior workers’ comp experience required, and those awaiting BAR results are encouraged to apply.

You will train, open and manage cases, participate in depositions, and work toward a supervisory role within about two years. Starting salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 plus monthly bonuses, depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Recent California Bar admission or pending admission.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn workers’ compensation case fundamentals and workflow.
• Work closely with intake and support teams to evaluate and open cases.
• Manage workers’ compensation files from beginning to end (with support staff).
• Assist with and conduct depositions as you progress.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff.
• Develop toward a supervisory role within approximately two years.
