Law Offices of Bob Nehora is seeking an entry level Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join our growth program in California. You will receive structured training, mentorship, and increasing responsibilities to progress toward a supervisory role.

No prior workers’ compensation experience is required, and you’ll work within a supportive team with a clear career path and monthly bonuses based on performance. Starting salary ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Recently admitted to the California Bar (or pending admission).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and training.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn workers’ compensation case fundamentals and workflow.
• Work with intake and support teams to evaluate and open cases.
• Manage workers’ compensation files from start to finish with support staff.
• Assist with and conduct depositions as you progress.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff.
• Develop toward a supervisory role within approximately two years.
