Job summary

The Law Offices of Bob Nehoray in California is seeking an entry-level Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join our New Attorney Growth Program, offering mentorship, hands-on training, and a clear path to advancement.

As you progress, you will learn workers’ compensation fundamentals, work with intake and support teams to evaluate/open cases, manage files end-to-end with staff, and participate in depositions. BAR admission or pending status is acceptable during training.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; no prior workers’ compensation experience required.
• Bar admission or pending admission in California.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and professional demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn workers’ compensation case fundamentals and workflow.
• Collaborate with intake and support teams to evaluate and open cases.
• Manage workers’ compensation files from start to finish with support staff.
• Assist with and conduct depositions as you progress.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff.
• Develop toward a supervisory role within approximately two years.
