Law Offices of Bob Nehora in California is seeking an entry-level Workers’ Compensation Attorney for a structured training and growth program. No prior workers’ compensation experience required, and those awaiting BAR results are encouraged to apply.

You’ll learn case fundamentals, work with intake and support teams, manage files from start to finish, and progress toward a supervisory role within about two years. Starting salary $80,000–$100,000 plus monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Recently admitted to the California Bar (or pending admission).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional, reliable, and client‑focused.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and training.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn workers’ compensation case fundamentals and workflow.
• Work closely with intake and support teams to evaluate and open cases.
• Manage workers’ compensation files from beginning to end with support staff.
• Assist with and conduct depositions as you progress.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff.
• Develop toward a supervisory role within approximately two years.
