Law Offices of Bob Nehora seeks an entry-level Workers’ Compensation Attorney for a structured Growth Program offering hands-on experience, mentorship, and a clear path to advancement. No prior workers’ compensation experience required, and those awaiting BAR results are encouraged to apply.

You'll train, open and manage cases with support staff, progress toward a supervisory role in about two years, and join a firm that values long-term career development and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Recently admitted to the California Bar (or pending admission).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Professional, reliable, and client-focused.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learning workers’ compensation case fundamentals and workflow.
• Working closely with intake and support teams to evaluate and open cases.
• Managing workers’ compensation files from beginning to end (with support staff).
• Assisting with and conducting depositions as you progress.
• Collaborating with senior attorneys and staff.
• Developing toward a supervisory role within approximately two years.
