Under supervision, you will develop foundational welding skills, follow safety guidelines, and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment while adhering to standard work instructions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 0+ years in welding or related fields preferred.
• Basic welding techniques and equipment knowledge.
• Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality; team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine welding tasks on production components to meet standards.
• Operate welding equipment for tack and continuous welds as required.
• Prepare materials and cut metal using basic tools.
• Grind and fit parts using hand and power tools.
• Inspect welds for quality and defects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
