Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Waste Process Technician I to join our Indiana facility. This entry-level role safely performs waste processing tasks, including off-loading inbound trucks, QA/QC, sampling, and loading into the solidification pit, with basic mechanical understanding of equipment and forklift operation.

Shift is 10:00 am to 8:30 pm, Monday through Friday with overtime as needed. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent, 1+ year experience, and the ability to pass a

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
1+ year of experience
Able to pass respirator fit test
Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to utilize NetSuite

Responsibilities

Understand basic facility permit requirements and conduct daily safety/compliance activities
Operate equipment including pressure washers, power tools, hand trucks, forklifts in line with policies and OSHA
Safely operate mobile equipment within facility boundaries
Off-load inbound packages, liquid trucks, and containers
Process inbound material using facility and mobile equipment
Conduct waste stream QA/QC & Lab analysis
Complete facility paperwork for regulatory/safety records
General cleaning of facility and grounds
