Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service and cash handling in a financial setting preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Create a quality service experience by resolving customer needs quickly.
• Greet customers and make them feel welcome to First Mid Bank & Trust.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and related transactions with accuracy.
• Balance cash drawer daily and assist branch operations.
• Open accounts and perform changes requested by customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and cross-sell products.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to policies.
