Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create a quality service experience by ensuring timely resolution to customer needs and overall customer satisfaction.

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently within policy guidelines.
• Open personal and commercial accounts and perform related servicing.
• Originate consumer loan applications independently when needed.
• Assist with promotional activities and cross-sell banking products.
