Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.

• Create a quality service experience by resolving customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Greet customers and make them feel welcome to First Mid Bank & Trust.
• Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
• Open accounts and make changes to existing accounts as requested by customers.
• Promote banking products and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Adhere to bank policies, security, and compliance requirements.
