Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. is seeking an entry-level Transfer Agency Representative - Alternatives in Boston. You will assist in processing investor transactions and support the ALTS TA team under supervision, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every deliverable.

The role requires an associate degree or higher, fluent English, and strong communication and organizational skills. This position offers a base salary with potential bonuses and a path to growth within BBH's Alternatives group.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher required; financial services or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English mandatory; additional language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist processing investor transactions: recording commitments, capital calls, distributions, transfers and redemptions.
• Support ALTS TA team under supervision and contribute to team goals.
• Establish solid client contact through prompt follow-up and relationship building.
• Deliver accurate, timely deliverables and reports in line with procedures.
• Identify problems early and escalate as necessary; help improve internal processes.
