• Experience leading AML/KYC onboarding teams.
• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC due diligence standards.
• Ability to escalate issues to management and manage deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure teams perform accurate and timely due diligence reviews on investor documents for account opening.
• Escalation point for sanctions, AML negative news and politically exposed persons.
• Raise alerts per internal policies.
• Review procedures approved by AML Product team and communicate changes to the team.
• Lead cross-training and develop team knowledge.
• Oversee complex account opening assessments and ensure compliance.
