Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a territory-based sales representative for an entry-level role with comprehensive training and autonomy to manage your own schedule. You will engage small and medium businesses, introduce supplemental insurance solutions, and present to groups of 50–100+ across multiple sectors.

Ideal candidates have or will obtain an active producer license, a degree or equivalent experience, and a drive to build a personal client portfolio while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, develop relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager; record daily activity.

Education

Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience
