True North Group LLC in Florida is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to build local business relationships and present supplemental insurance plans. You’ll learn our system, schedule fits client availability, and work with a supportive team.

This outside sales role includes thorough training, weekly draw pay, bonuses, and clear paths to leadership. No prior insurance experience is required, with health & life licensing support available within 90 days.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Motivated, self-driven and eager to learn in a sales environment.
• Effective communicator in one-on-one and group settings.
• Organized with reliable follow-up and time management.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life license within 90 days with support.

Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses and introduce supplemental insurance offerings.
• Meet with owners and present to groups of employees (10–50+).
• Respond to client questions via phone and email.
• Set appointments, conduct follow-ups, and support clients through claims.
• Track activities in Salesforce and report progress to management.
• Build a client base and develop long-term relationships.
