True North Group LLC is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative in Florida to develop relationships with local businesses and introduce supplemental insurance plans. You’ll work in your own territory with support from a proven system and a team.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, follow-through, and learning—no prior insurance experience is required, with training provided and licensing support available within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Comfortable using basic digital tools (email, calendar, CRM).

Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses in your territory and present our supplemental insurance offerings.
• Meet with business owners and groups of employees (10–50+ people) to explain plans.
• Respond to client questions via phone and email; set appointments and follow-ups.
• Support clients through claims and track activities using Salesforce CRM.
• Work with your manager to set and meet sales goals and build long-term relationships.
