Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks an entry-level territory-based sales representative to drive outreach to small and medium businesses across the territory. The role focuses on introducing top-tier supplemental insurance solutions to proprietors and staff, with a comprehensive training program provided to ensure success.

You will have autonomy to manage your schedule, visit local businesses, and present product showcases both one-on-one and to groups, in a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build a local client network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs for businesses and employees.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and nurture relationships with owners and decision-makers.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily sales activity and performance metrics.
