Altitude Group is seeking an Entry Level Territory Sales Associate in Kansas. You’ll be in the field, making cold calls to small and mid-market businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers, and presenting Altitude's insurance solutions as the winning play.

This outside sales role emphasizes self-scheduling, daily metrics, teamwork, and a fast ramp-up through training. If you’re licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain it, hold a bachelor’s degree or have 4 years of relevant sales

Formación

• Licenses in Health & Life general lines (or willingness to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional sales experience.

Responsabilidades

• Outside sales in your own territory engaging business owners and decision-makers.
• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients to re-service and grow the book of business.
• Set follow-up appointments, present products, and close sales to meet targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily and align with monthly/quarterly goals.
• Develop relationships with local business owners and schedule your hours with management.
