Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks an entry-level outside sales rep in Gainesville, FL to build a new client base through in-person calls and retention strategies. You will join a team of supplemental insurance producers driving competition and success.

You will own a defined territory with full training, meet business owners and benefits managers, and present industry-leading products; success depends on relationship-building and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new book of business through in-person sales calls to businesses.
• Meet face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to present insurance products.
• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and manage client relationships.
• Schedule meetings and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships, and follow up on referrals.
