Job summary

You will meet business owners and decision-makers within your dedicated territory and receive comprehensive training to build a growing client portfolio.

You'll use Salesforce CRM to manage leads, schedule meetings, and drive results, with draw pay, commissions, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (or close to completion).
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license; study course provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet business owners and decision-makers in your territory.
• Promote supplemental insurance products and services to businesses and employees.
• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and schedule meetings.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team; maintain client portfolio.
• Record daily sales activity and work toward monthly/quarterly targets.
