Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level Territory Sales Representative to drive outreach to small and medium businesses, presenting supplemental insurance solutions and building a local client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain (course provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with relevant sales background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients; expand within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Personally visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners; follow up on referrals.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit it to the manager each week.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
