Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an ambitious, entry-level sales professional for an outside direct sales role targeting small and medium businesses. You will meet with owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products and services, often delivering product presentations to groups of 50–100+.

Training is provided, and a license in health and life insurance is supported. You will build a personal client portfolio, report weekly, and collaborate with the sales team to hit

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided and license fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; relevant sales or athletic background accepted if close to degree.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build client network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and current clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with owners; follow up on referrals.
• Develop your own client portfolio and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan a weekly schedule and submit it to your manager; track daily activity.
