Associate Technical Solutions Analyst

We are building a dedicated West Coast team. For this role, we are only considering candidates that live in Mountain or Pacific Time Zones. No relocation. Multiple positions are open for recent Master's degree graduates with relevant hands-on experience gained through co-ops, internships, graduate projects, or early-career professional work. Support the analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex client technical issues, using critical thinking, sound judgment, and collaboration with more senior team members to drive issues toward resolution. Troubleshoot issues across data-driven applications, relational databases, XML sources, APIs, web services, and enterprise technology environments, with guidance and training provided as needed. Build working relationships with internal teams and external customers while continuing to strengthen technical, communication, and problem-solving skills in a professional support environment. Contribute to shared support systems, documentation, and knowledge base articles by capturing solutions, best practices, and lessons learned from technical investigations. Stay current on Vertex products, enterprise technologies, and support processes while applying academic training, internship experience, and hands-on learning to real client scenarios. Participate in team projects, training opportunities, and an on-call rotation as required by business needs.
