Job summary

Tria Federal is hiring an entry/junior-level Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for technology professionals. You will work with the Talent Acquisition team, source candidates, screen for technical aptitude, and coordinate interviews.

Onsite Monday sessions in Woodlawn, MD are part of onboarding, with two to three days weekly thereafter. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and ready to grow in a dynamic federal contractor setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or four years active-duty military service with honorable discharge.
1-2 years of recruiting experience supporting full-cycle recruiting OR 3-4 years in a high-performance role with quotas/KPIs.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Must reside in Maryland, Washington, DC, or Northern Virginia; Maryland preferred; onsite once per week in Woodlawn, MD.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Talent Acquisition manager to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer.
Source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networks.
Conduct recruiter phone screens to assess technical aptitude and fit.
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.
Create an exceptional candidate experience with timely updates.
Manage pipelines across multiple requisitions and priorities.
Maintain accurate recruiting activity in Greenhouse.
Analyze recruiting metrics and pipeline health to meet hiring goals.
Collaborate on strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
Stay current on technology hiring trends.
