Job summary

Tria Federal seeks an entry/junior-level Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for technology professionals. You’ll receive mentorship while working with hiring teams to source, screen, and place candidates.

Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, with 1–2 years of recruiting experience or equivalent, and be able to work onsite one day per week (Mondays) in Woodlawn, MD during onboarding. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of active-duty military service.
• 1–2 years of recruiting experience supporting full-cycle recruiting OR
• 3–4 years of professional experience in a high-performance role with proven quotas/KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition manager to understand technical hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Conduct recruiter phone screens to evaluate technical aptitude, communication skills, motivation, and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the hiring process; create an exceptional candidate experience.
• Manage candidate pipelines while balancing requisitions and priorities.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity within Greenhouse and track metrics.
• Collaborate to develop recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill technical positions.
• Stay current on technology hiring trends and market conditions.
