Job summary

Tria Federal seeks a driven entry/junior-level Technical Recruiter to launch a career in technical recruiting. You will support full-cycle recruiting, source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, and coordinate interviews with a fast-paced team.

You’ll receive mentorship from experienced recruiters and join a mission-driven environment. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, with on-site work in Woodlawn, MD during onboarding and training.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years active-duty military service with honorable discharge.
• 1–2 years of recruiting experience or 3–4 years in a high-performance role with quotas/KPIs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must reside in MD/DC/VA; Maryland preferred.
• Onsite work required once per week in Woodlawn, MD.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals.
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess technical aptitude and fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communications.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience and manage pipelines.
