Tria Federal seeks an entry/junior-level Technical Recruiter to join our team, supporting full-cycle recruiting for technology professionals. You’ll receive mentorship from experienced recruiters and help drive candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination in a fast-paced federal services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of active-duty military service with an honorable discharge.
• 1–2 years of recruiting experience supporting full-cycle recruiting or
• 3–4 years of professional experience in a high-performance role with quotas/KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer
• Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking
• Conduct recruiter phone screens to assess technical aptitude and culture fit
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication throughout hiring
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting metrics in Greenhouse
• Develop recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill technical positions
