BetaNXT is hiring an Entry Support, Service Management professional in Brookfield, Wisconsin for the Technical Operations Center. This in-person role supports clients via calls and email, handles incidents, and documents issues in the ticketing system.

You will monitor IT infrastructure, troubleshoot problems, and escalate to SMEs while maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams. Flexible to occasional after-hours work to support deployments and events.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience in technical support, IT operations, or IT service management.
• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, databases, cloud, web, firewalls, encryption.
• Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, and ticketing tools such as SolarWinds, Grafana, ServiceNow.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS are beneficial.
• Occasional shifts outside standard hours to support 24x7 operations.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor IT infrastructure, applications, and security using dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues following SOPs and best practices.
• Communicate status updates and resolution details to customers.
• Document incidents and update ticketing system records.
• Escalate incidents to appropriate teams per SLA and procedures.
• Participate in service desk shift rotation and training sessions.
• Handle calls from brokerage firms and provide accurate, courteous responses.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Assist in testing and validation of product performance when needed.
• Contribute feedback to improve operations and customer experience.
