Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in technical support, IT operations, or IT service management.
• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, servers and cloud concepts.
• Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools (SolarWinds, Grafana, ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Monitor IT infrastructure and security using dashboards and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents following SOPs and escalation paths.
• Communicate with customers with status updates and resolution details.
• Log incidents and adjust tickets in the service desk system.
• Escalate complex issues to SMEs or managers as needed.
• Participate in shift rotations and training sessions.
• Support 24x7 events during deployments or continuity drills.
