Job summary

SimVentions is seeking an entry-level Systems Engineer to join our team in support of the TTWCS. You will work with other engineers and government personnel to develop system designs, requirements, and interfaces using MBSE methods.

The role requires US citizenship and an active Secret clearance, with weekly travel to NSWC Dahlgren. You will contribute to IPTs and engineering reviews, and you will learn to craft CCPs and document design decisions.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required and active Secret clearance.
• Experience with DoD programs or weapon systems recommended.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a diverse team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine impacts on weapon system requirements and design during development.
• Review and create requirements at multiple levels (SSS, SSDD, SRS, HRS).
• Develop change packages to document new system capabilities and impacts.
• Model architectures using tools like MagicDraw; support MBSE efforts.
• Contribute to IPT meetings, ERB/DRB/CRB and IWGs with technical briefs.
