Job summary

SimVentions, Inc seeks an entry-level Systems Engineer to support the Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System (TTWCS). You will apply MBSE, develop system designs and requirements, and participate in IPTs with other engineers and government personnel.

The role requires weekly travel to NSWC Dahlgren Division, US citizenship, and an ACTIVE Secret Clearance. You will contribute to modeling, interfaces, and documentation in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• MBSE understanding and application to engineering tasks.
• Experience with DoD programs or weapon systems is preferred.
• Ability to develop requirements and update interface documents.

Responsibilities

• Determine impacts on weapon system, requirements and design during development.
• Review and create requirements at multiple levels for weapon system capability and functionality.
• Develop Candidate Change Packages (CCP) and document design details in models and documents.
• Review, analyze and develop system architectures using modeling tools like MagicDraw.
• Provide human factors engineering and analysis for UI requirements and specs.
• Review and adjudicate external interface documents and CRs.
• Participate in IPT meetings, ERB/DRB/CRB/IWG with tasking and scheduling updates.
• Attend weekly team meetings and communicate technical briefs.
